An eco, fair trade pillar candle, hand poured in British Colour Standard Pearl White, a soft, natural Ivory colour.
- 15cm height x 7.5cm diameter.
- 36 hour burn time, with a tall clean flame.
- Non-drip, non-sooting
- Hand poured in Indonesia
- Fair Trade made
- No animal derived ingredients
- 100% Stearin wax (Veg Origin)
- Pure cotton wick (Lead/Metal Free)
- Ecological colour dyes, Paraffin Free.
Best when lit for 4 hours at a time
Stop burning when 2cm of unmelted candle remains;
Leave 10 cm between candles when burning
Always use a candleholder/plate under the candle
About British Colour Standard
The design team of Jackie Piper & Victoria Whitbread have a shared love of colour & material exploration. Having discovering an old colour dictionary in an Oxfam shop, they set out on a journey to re-establish this long forgotten brand.
A treasure trove of colour & rich history first established 1931, and out of use since the 1950’s, they acquired & accurately scanned the original colour dictionaries, creating and logging original colours & names, which are carried through to their current collections.
Derived and inspired from nature, flora & fauna, as well as semi-precious stones & spices, the main collections include many historic & special Royal colours, designed and used for coronations & special events.
