Moult was created in 2019 when the founders met a young Nepalese man and his father selling beautifully soft wool and cashmere scarves. They chose a very small collection that fitted in with their aesthetic of natural colours and luxurious textures.

Moult now have a number of independent retailers stocking a range which has expanded to include further scarves, British made Alpaca socks, Christmas decorations, Jute baskets, bags and pouches and a small collection of vintage inspired furniture.

They work mostly with makers in India to increase and enhance their collection, who they have often found to be one step ahead in terms of sustainability, and who have an enthusiasm to look ahead positively. Inspiring and humbling at the same time.
