Wallace Sewell is a renowned British design studio founded by Harriet Wallace-Jones and Emma Sewell. Based in the UK, the studio is celebrated for its blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design, with an unwavering commitment to manufacturing exclusively within the British Isles.
For over three decades, Harriet and Emma have worked side by side. Their designs often draw inspiration from the world of painting, resulting in modern textiles defined by asymmetric blocks, bold stripes, and varied scales. These compositions skillfully bring together contrasting elements into cohesive, contemporary fabrics that are both striking and practical.
Dedicated champions of British design and production, the studio maintains a thoughtful and precise approach to every stage of its process. New concepts are first explored on handlooms in their London and Dorset studios. Once refined, these designs are brought to life at a family-run mill in Lancashire — an ideal partnership that marries modern creativity with traditional weaving expertise.

Cotswold Knit was established in 2020 during the heart of lockdown. What began as founder and designer Anna Wheeler’s simple gesture — hand-knitting scarves as heartfelt gifts for loved ones — soon grew into something more. As word spread, requests started pouring in from friends of friends, eager to share her cozy creations. Despite its growth, Cotswold Knit has stayed true to its founding philosophy: to craft accessories that bring joy and are made with love.
Each garment is made from 100% Scottish lambswool, and the brand proudly collaborates with three independent knitting manufacturers based in the UK.
