In 2011, The Braided Rug Company was formed to create a range of natural, jute rugs, by working directly with a family-run manufacturing company in Bangladesh, employing organic jute fibres and utilising the local, artisan skills.

The Braided Rug Company count these colleagues there as the most integral part of the business. They share their commitment to looking after people, creating jobs, employing woman and working constantly to provide the best working environment possible.
