Every time you open a bottle of wine you have a new experience. No two bottles are exactly the same - wine's a living, evolving substance - and neither are you, from bottle to bottle.

You could be chatting happily at a crowded dining table with your friends and neighbours, or sipping quietly by yourself as you watch the sun go down over the standing stones, or you could be listening to stories, tasting notes and technical details from the winemaker at our Wine Festival. The constant variety is one of the things that makes wine such an endlessly interesting subject.

The idea of this blog will be to record our new experiences in all their variety. Some posts will be formal, a lot of them informal; some will be stories or memories, some will be news of new releases or special events. Check back later and see the first set of posts
